JCPenney Malaysia provides our customers with the option of not registering their personal information, so account registration is not required for any purchase from our website. But why miss out on the benefits and better bargains available only to our registered customers?
Just find the 'my account' link at the top of our home page and click to start registration.

Step 1-Register now |

New customers can click on 'Register now' to get to the customer registration page.
Registered customers can just log in using their email address.

Step 2-Fill up our registration form |

To register, you will need to provide us with your particulars and contact information.
Fields with an asterisk (*) are compulsory, this means that the information is necessary for us to process your orders.
We at JCPenney Malaysia recognize and respect your privacy so rest assured that your personal information will be handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner.

Step 3-Register |

Once you have completed the registration form, click on the 'Register' button and you will be taken to this 'Thank you' screen.
Do be sure to check your email to ensure that the information you have provided is correct.
Now that you are done with registration, you can proceed to browse our website and start shopping!

Start buying
Browsing for products |

Clicking on the thumbnail of a product will bring you to the product description page. At the product description page, you can find out more about the product's available sizes and the detailed measurements for each available size.
It is good practice to always check the size chart for the detailed measurements of the sizes available. This will ensure that the size chosen is the one that fits you best.
When you are ready to purchase, select a colour/size and the quantity required, and add to cart
When you're done with your shopping, you can click view shopping cart/checkout to review or complete your shopping. |
Step 2-Checking your items |

This page displays all the products, shipping and handling charge in your shopping cart and allows you to make changes to your selections.
If you do make any changes, remember to click the apply changes button to update your shopping cart. To restart your shopping from scratch, click the clear all button to empty your shopping cart.
If you decide that you've not shopped enough just yet, click the continue shopping button to keep purchasing. The contents of your shopping cart will still be intact. When you are satisfied with your purchases, click the proceed to checkout button to complete your buying process. |
Step 3-Checking out |

At checkout you can include additional instructions and/or gift messages with your purchases.
You will need to chose your prefered card and payment gateway and click on proceed to get to the order confirmation page.
The Visa/Mastercard gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard payments.
For any bank promotions and discounts, do remember to key in your 6-digit credit/debit card number for verification. |
Step 4-Order now |

Check and reconfirm your shipping address to ensure that your purchases get sent to the correct location.
When you have confirmed that all the information is correct, click on the Order Now button and you will be taken to the payment screen of the payment gateway that you have chosen previously. |

Payment troubleshoot

How do your purchases get to you?
 |
- All our products come to us directly from USA. Once the payment for the purchases have been confirmed,
your orders will be forwarded to the American office and the warehouse will be notified and the goods will be prepared for shipping.
- The goods are then transported out of the American warehouse to the airport.
- Goods are shipped via airfreight from America to Malaysia. Our Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total weight of your purchase instead of the number of items you buy so as a consumer, careful planning of your purchases will enable you to make the most of this charge.
- Once your goods have arrived in Malaysia, our appointed postal service or its local country affiliate will immediately sort out your order and dispatch to your doorstep.
